About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#128560) and specialize in therapy for women of all ages. I believe the therapeutic space and the relationship between the therapist and the client is an important one. Connecting with your therapist is essential. I strive to create a safe and accepting environment to meet you where you are, to work with you to understand your needs, to help you identify your goals and to help you heal and grow. I bring 20 years of Corporate sector experience to this field, in addition to my clinical experience listed below.

Personal Nuggets:
Personally, I enjoy traveling with my family and friends, strolling through local farmer’s markets and hiking. I am a wife and a mother to one teenager and one young adult.
