I draw from an integrative approach which includes evidence based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Humanistic modalities and Mindfulness. My goal is to understand your needs and tailor your treatment appropriately.


Kintsugi is the Japanese art form to repair with gold

When a piece of pottery breaks, the pieces are put together again using gold to create something stronger and more beautiful than its original form. The breaking is not something to hide. Kintsukuroi is a way of living that embraces every flaw and imperfection. Every crack is part of the history and it becomes more beautiful,  because it had been broken. Trauma and suffering can be the same.
